About

Hi there! I'm Carol, a strategic product design leader. My professional mission is to address climate change at scale. With 12 years of UX design and research experience, I’m harnessing my skills to reduce carbon emissions and waste in the long-haul transportation sector at Baton.

In addition to designing, I’m a photographer. I primarily shoot lifestyle, events, and portraits. Through photography, I love capturing joy, movement, expressions, and texture.

Outside of work, I’m a Terra.do fellow and Taiwanese American Professionals SF (TAP-SF) board member in the community service pillar. I also cochair the Community Outdoor Events/Earth Club and Social Events for Chinese American International School (CAIS) and Millennium School, respectively.

A natural collaborator and player coach, I bring compassion, a sense of adventure, and insightful perspective to everything I do.
